A complete set of O-type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion 3LPE 2LPE FBE Coating Machine includes systems of steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collector, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying powder, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system.
O-type extrusion 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe has good chemical resistance:
it can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical media,,such as acids, bases, salts, oxidants, etc,suitable for medium transportation in different environments, prolong the service life of steel pipe. This kind of anti corrosive steel pipe is widely used in oil, natural gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines and many other fields.

Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal→intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer adhesive polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipe ends→unload pipes
